Dates - These services must be scheduled in advance and not all dates and times are available.
Who - Offers are not valid for contractors, for profit jobs by others , non owner occupied dwellings etc.
Deposit required - All jobs require deposit to hold date and begin job process. Once booked a $500 cancelation fee applies on all job totals over $3500. Balance of deposit returned following 90 days.
Where - Job site must be ready for contract to begin, be clean and safe.
Set up fee - Most jobs will require a set up fee. This covers the cost of transportation, cleaning, and storage specifics related to your job.
Applies to any free offer - Upon receiving job invoice, there is an offer survey/review to be completed within 24 hours of being performed or it is no longer free.
Products - Any products supplied by customer must be approved first by job site supervisor prior to being handled, used or applied.
HOA or Covenant - Different places, different rules. Please confirm details or put us in contact with your governing party.
Company policies – We do not purposefully break any rules or regulations or misuse any products or equipment. Please don't ask us to do so.
